Installation and commissioning by a OMC Engineer gurantees the instrument is operational at the earliest opportunity and accurate performance is available from the start. Close liaison with our technical staff ensure the exercise is conducted quickly amd efficiently. OMC engineers also provide basic training to enable your technical personnel tp operate new equipment efficiently.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) are offered to the customers beyond warranty period for better & smooth running of instruements.

In addition to engineer supports, our experience Application Chemists can provide invaluable assistance to OMC customers with quirries relating to the application or operation of a instrument.

All our supplied items having 1 (One) year standard warranty from the date of installation. All labours with parts will be provided free of charge within warranty time. But any service after warranty will be chargable as per standard.

Trouble shooting and Diagonosis service are offered to our clients as per standard service charges.

During repair any spares will be chargable extra besides the service charge.
